With immediate effect, Scriptmatix Ltd have taken over http://www.phppennyauction.info and blocked the individual involved, Mr Hardeep Grewal of Kolkata, India, from selling, trading or giving away our software at any point in the future. This outcome was possible in part due to the co-operation of the Indian authorities, and underlines our quest in pursing both those overseas and closer to home. All software developed and sold by Scriptmatix Ltd, is subject to international copyright laws and treaties, and we will not hesitate to pursue any individual(s) involved with the illegal resale of our intellectual property (IP) through the courts. Scriptmatix Ltd also were awarded significant damages.
